The effectiveness of inhibition of the B16 cell proliferation was higher when the heterologous cells were co-cultured. Thus, the interaction between EMF and tumor cells mainly promotes the inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. We have shown that Ifn? is stably expressed for 120 hours in C57Fb cells transduced with RB Ac-M-Ifn?. It is noteworthy that the C57Fb / Ifn? cells were more resistant to the antiproliferative effect of Ifn? than B16 / Ifn-beta cells.5481 Product Description popup.authors Анопрієнко О.В. Вагіна І.М.
