The object of the research is the time series of high-resolution satellite images and the methods of satellite data processing. The objective of research is development of information technology aimed to evaluation of land productivity in Ukraine and accuracy analysis of global land productivity developed by Joint Research Centre as well further comparison with national productivity product that is planned to develop on the next stage. Method of the research relay on geospatial analysis, object-oriented design, structural and functional analysis, statistical methods, machine learning, neural networks. Within this work analyzis of available global datasets for land productivity estimation as well as methods of their creation is performed. Detailed land use trends analysis for the Kyiv region shows significant violations during 2010- 2016 taking into account DEM models and current land use regulations in Ukraine (agricultural use of land with high slopes is not allowed in Ukraine). The method of estimating the land productivity with use of time series of satellite data was developed.
