Improving social relations serves to compensate for limited opportunities to ensure traffic safety in previous stages. A high culture of relationships among people involved in road traffic can be achieved in this way: the improvement of social relations between the authorities and other participants in the movement; improvement of social relations in the road traffic between the participants themselves, as well as ensuring the necessary health status of road users - through the improvement of the health care system and the selection of drivers during medical examinations.
