The existing system of integration of scientific research, academic studies and innovations in NTU is described. The preliminary scheme of creation and functioning of conceptual structures and measures in NTU is developed. The scheme of interconnection between separate conceptual structures and internal institutions of higher education (faculties, departments), proposed in the process of implementation of the project, is developed, the justification of expedient changes in the structure is given.
