The aim of the work is the development of scientific foundations for advanced technologies for the production and processing of metallic, ceramic and polymeric materials on the basis of establishing the patterns of evolution of the structure from the atomic to the microscale level and its influence on mechanical and physical properties. Research methods - mathematical modeling, X-ray diffraction analysis, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, EBSD analysis, infrared spectroscopy, dilatometry, differential scanning calorimetry, internal friction, hydrostatic weighing, mechanical testing, durometry. Results. Regularities and mechanisms of the formation and evolution of structures at various scale levels in metallic, ceramic and polymeric materials as a result of the action of shear strains, high pressure and thermomechanical influences are established. The example of the process of screw extrusion demonstrated the possibility of synthesizing entire structures in a massive blank by "programming" the original sample. It is shown that intense plastic deformation by simple shear is an effective way of structural modification of polymeric materials of various architectures and opens up new possibilities in managing their morphology and properties. A technique for nondestructive testing of bond strength of fiber composite components with a copper matrix and technological regulations for the method of evaluation of their adhesive strength have been developed. A pilot line for the production of oxide nanopowders of complex and composite compositions with specified properties has been created. Forecast use of the results of work. The results of the research will allow to further develop promising technologies for the production of functional and structural metallic, ceramic and polymer materials with improved performance characteristics.
