Purpose: to outline the mechanism for managing the formation of an organizational system for technology transfer in Ukraine. Methods of research: general scientific and special research methods are used in the work, namely: analysis and synthesis - for studying and generalization of the main problems of management of the system of technology transfer; logical generalization - to determine the current state and problems of the development of the Ukrainian system of technology transfer; statistical-economic - to identify trends in the technology transfer system, as well as work with a database of projects with commercial potential, promotion and commercialization of proposals. The development of methods for managing the technology transfer system is an important component of the management of scientific developments and the basis for the formation of new competitive areas for the development of science and technology. As a result of the work, foreign experience and trends in organizing the effective interaction of science and business were generalized. The directions and ways of formation of infrastructure support of technology transfer system in Ukraine, in particular in universities, in the context of European integration are described. The paper analyzes the work of the traditional model of technology transfer in world universities, as well as institutional problems that arise in the process of its implementation. The practical measures of development and administrative ways of managing the technology transfer system at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv are considered, in particular, the main results of the research part in terms of popularization and commercialization of the created scientific and technical products are highlighted, as well as the latest achievements obtained in the process of cooperation with the Consortium EEN-Ukraine Product Description popup.authors І.Е.
