Nomenclature of details for which the application of coatings on the working surfaces from the developed materials of the TiCrB2-NiAlCr system can significantly increase the resource of work has been determined. The technology of spraying of detonation coatings from materials of the TiCrB2-NiAlCr system on structural steels with a bond strength of 130-170 MPa, hardness of HV5000 - 10500 MPa and a density of 90-99% has been developed. The microstructure and chemical composition of the coatings obtained has been studied. The influence of different methods of preliminary surface preparation (deposition of the sublayer, electro-spark alloying) on the characteristics of coatings was investigated. The technology of spool valve recovery by detonation spraying onto the working surface of TiCrB2 - 50% NiAlCr composite material coatings was developed based on the results of the conducted studies.
