Maximum biomass accumulation was recorded on the 12th day of cultivation for strains P-154 P. ostreatus and P-er P. eryngii. Screening studies of fungi cultures on GPM show absolute maximum of the specific peroxidase activity of both mycelium and CF for strain P-155. P. ostreatus P-151 strain during the study of the mycelium and CF catalase activity of 25 basidiomycetes strains was selected by maximum mycelium and CF enzyme. The greatest amount of carotenoids in the culture was noted for strain Ls-08 L. sulphureus and strain Fh-18 F. hepatica. The pH value of 3.5 and the temperature of 25 to 30 °C are optimal for the productive cultivation of strain Ls-08 L. sulphureus. A study of the effect of laser irradiation on productivity and the synthesis of carotenoids by strain Ls-08 L. sulphureus showed an increase in biomass accumulation and carotenogenesis in each irradiation regime. The maximum accumulation of biomass and carotenoids was noted under the influence of laser irradiation of the mycelium for 10 seconds at a wavelength of 532 nm. The study of the catalase enzyme system in basidiomycetes showed its polymorphism, while the intracellular forms of catalase significantly outperform the extracellular forms.
