New results are obtained about the regularity of the processes of static, re-static and cyclic loading, creep and low-cycle fatigue, taking into account the material damage and the influence of a number of basic operational factors. The possibility is experimentally proved of using the modernized elastic-viscoplastic material model for calculating the durability of heat-resistant steels is experimentally substantiated, which takes into account the current material damage.
