The existing hybrid structures of MSUA algorithms of neural network type and genetic algorithms are analyzed. The expediency and relevance of hybridization of the GMGH combinatorial algorithm with genetic algorithm for formation of a new class of hybrid preemptive algorithms of inductive modeling is substantiated. A new class of hybrid COMBI-GA algorithms with directional overview of model structures for the search of optimal ones was created. The formal parameters of the developed hybrid algorithm are determined. A block diagram of the COMBI-GA algorithm is developed that reflects the main stages of its operation.
