Object of research: surgical diseases and anesthetic support. 672 patients with surgical diseases and anesthesiology (main group) were investigated. The control group consisted of 206 patients treated with traditional methods. Also, at different times, 593 patients who had been treated before, were examined and 2496 patient medical records were retrospectively analyzed. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients with certain diseases of the vessels, joints, abdominal cavity, abdominal wall, thyroid and parotid glands, reproductive organs, nasopharynx by reducing the degree of traumaticity by improving the methods of endoscopic and morphological diagnostics, development and implementation of innovative technologies of low-invasive endovideo-surgical interventions and their anesthetic support, as well as the determination of the compatibility of implants with the body reci iyenta nanobiosensornyh based technologies. Methods of research: clinical examination, laboratory tests, electroencephalography, ultrasound diagnostics, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, X-ray and X-ray diffractional studies, video endoscopy (VEGGS, VICS, VBS, laparoscopy), histological and immunohistochemical studies, questionnaires, medical- statistical analysis. Results: It was found that treatment of patients with the main group using non-invasive surgical techniques and modern anesthetic provision is characterized by short terms of inpatient treatment and rehabilitation, less pain syndrome, and low complications. The use of the definition of compatibility of implants with the recipient organism on the basis of nanobiosensory technologies is an effective method for predicting possible complications and the course of the postoperative period. Such forms of treatment are the optimal methods of surgical intervention in the hospital of short-term stay, causing minimal injury to the tissues, retaining the function of the organ. The results of GDR can be used in practice in surgical departments: general and laparoscopic surgery, pediatric surgery, endocrine surgery; traumatology and orthopedics, vascular surgery, cardiosurgery, neurosurgery, gynecology, urology, otolaryngology, endoscopic diagnosis, chronic hemodialysis, in the clinical practice of nephrologists, gastroenterologists, urologists, cardiologists, gynecologists, reproduction specialists, neuropathologists, etc. Foreseeable assumptions about the development of the research object are the further development of minimally invasive techniques, in particular with the use of nanobiosensory technologies, in different directions of surgery in a multidisciplinary hospital with short-term stay of patients.
