By using the theoretical. and experimental studies the mechanism of the effect of the structure on the properties of films based on AlMgB14, B-C-N, Cr-B-C-N and Si-C-N depending on the deposition conditions was explained. The first-principle calculations allowed to explain the formation of stable crystalline and amorphous structures of these systems as functions of composition and temperature . As a result, coatings have been developed that can be used as wear-resistant and protective layers, as well as semiconductor films that will be effective in solar cells and in devices for micro (nano) electromechanical systems (MEMS and NEMS). 2). The thick films for electronics and instrumentation based on nanodispersed SnO2 and cobalt borides by screen printing were studied and manufactured. The influence of heat treatment conditions on the structural properties of granulated films obtained on the basis of refractory oxides and cobalt compounds was studied to develop effective technological methods for controlling the functional properties of films.
