Objective: To create the revised database of individual internal doses on the results of WBC-measurements of the "low-quality" group (1986-2008). Methods: mathematical, statistical. Results: 59,485 records about WBC-measurements of 1987-1988 from paper source were entered in database. They were divided into three groups of quality. The group "high-quality" was attributed 99% of all new records. The estimation procedure of low (below the minimum detected activity (MDA)) values of WBC-measurements has been developed. The annual dose of internal exposure from cesium was calculated for the 219,801 records of the first and second quality groups of WBC database performed in 1986-2008. Of these, 49% of the records belong to the of "low-quality" group. The revised database of WBC-measurements (version 2017) is increased of 219,801 records and includes 957,232 records.
