Objective: to determine the level and dynamics of morbidity of malignant neoplasms of the contingents of the victims during the disaster period until 2015 to determine the suitability of the data of Clinical-epidemiological registry NCRM (KER) and State registry of Ukraine affected by the Chernobyl disaster (GRU) on the irradiation doses of the affected groups to assess the dose-dependent risk of malignancies. Methods: epidemiological, statistical, mathematical and software. The evaluation of data on radiation doses in the groups of affected persons present in the databases KER and GRU. Given the fragmented availability of records of individual radiation dose in both databases, the uncertainty of the quality of this information was considered reasonable to conduct further analysis of morbidity mediated dose-dependent criteria (length of stay in the exclusion zone). The incidence of all forms of cancer exceeds the national level only in the group of liquidators of 1986-1987. (SIR = 106,8%, 95% confidence interval (CI): 104,9-108,7). In recent years (2011-2015) corresponding figures (102,6%, 95% CI: 98,9-106,3) do not differ from the national level. There is a substantial excess of the expected incidence of thyroid cancer among clean-up workers in 4,3 times, among evacuees is in 3,9 times, among residents of contaminated territories is in 1,3 times. The incidence of cancer of lymphoid, hematologic and related issues in liquidators of 1986-1987 and evacuees exceeded national levels in 1,4, while in residents of contaminated areas the figures were lower. The incidence of cancer of breast cancer only in women - clean-up workers of 1986-1987 in 1,6 times. Implementation: 1 article , 2 articles submitted for publication in 2017; information list. Key words: the accident, malignant neoplasms, liquidators, evacuees, residents of contaminated territories Product Description popup.authors Бабкіна Н.Г. Берестяна Ж.М. Гудзенко Н.А. Сліпенюк К.М.
