The subject of the study is non-tumor morbidity, disability, mortality, the effect of small doses of ionizing radiation on non-tumor morbidity, assessment and prediction of the health of LAS participants from circulatory system diseases. The period of research and analysis - 1988-2016. The source of information is the State Register of Ukraine of victims of the Chernobyl disaster (CRU) and the clinical and epidemiological register of the NSCRM. Purpose 2017 - Identify the risks of development of the main forms of non-tumor disease in the ULNA at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant 1986-87, evacuated from the 30-km zone, inhabitants of RZT depending on age at the time of the accident, time from the moment of the accident, dose of ionizing radiation. To develop age tables of the expected life expectancy (or survival) of ULNA as a result of mortality from SC illnesses and doses of external ionizing radiation. Methods of research: epidemiological, mathematical-statistical, modeling. On the basis of descriptive analysis, this characteristic and evaluation of post-accident changes in non-tumor morbidity, disability and mortality of the ULNA at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant 1986-87, the population evacuated from the 30-km CNPP zone at the age of 18-60 years, RZT aged 0-60 years at the time crash. Regardless of age, the pattern of increasing mortality with the time elapsed after an accident in the ULNA, which received doses of external exposure of the entire body in the range of 0,05 to 0,7 Gy. The rapid increase in the level of disability of an adult evacuees population occurred during 16 years after the accident. In the late period, the disability of persons aged 18-39 at the time of the accident increased by 15.9 times in relation to the early period, and by 7.8 times in the age of 40-60 years. The first three ranked positions in the structure of the causes of deaths of evacuees are occupied by circulatory system diseases, digestive organs and respiratory organs. Significant changes in the health situation are also established by residents of RZT. The elevated level of non-tumor diseases is determined in the first 16 years after the accident, especially in subcortages of persons age at the time of the accident was under 18 years of age and 40-60 years. In the late post-accident period, the levels of disability and mortality from non-tumor diseases in individuals aged 18-39 and 40-60 at the time of the accident significantly increased. In the structure of morbidity, disability and mortality, the main part is occupied by diseases of the SC, respiratory organs, digestion, nervous system. Based on the analytical epidemiological analysis, dose-dependent effects have been established in the development of certain diseases of the SC in the evacuated population. On the basis of the simulation, we developed the age-tables for the probability of the development of diseases of the SC, the death from the diseases of the SC of the participants of the LAS 1986-87, taking into account the time after irradiation and the dose of ionizing radiation. The certain dependence of development of separate mental and somatic disorders in the ULNA on ChNPP is established from the level of anxiety for personal health related to the accident The greatest values of RR are established for the development of circulatory system diseases in people aged 18-39 at the time of the accident, who received a dose of external exposure of the entire body of 0.05-0.099Gy, while at the age of 40-60 years - with a radiation dose of 0, 10-0.325 Gy.
