The purpose of the work is to develop new methodological approaches and technologies for the use of species species and biotic groups of hydrobionts with preservation of their regenerative capacity and increased reproductive potential. Methods of research - ichthyological, physiological-biochemical, parasitological, toxicological, hydrochemical, hydrobiological, modeling of biological processes, methods of statistical analysis. An estimation of the state of the most important types of water bioresources in the Pridniprovsky region in the conditions of anthropogenic influence is carried out. The scientific novelty has established adaptation reactions of hydrobionts to environmental changes, as well as the biological and ecological aspects of hydrobionts-entrants, which form biotrains in the reservoirs of the Pridniprovsky region, are investigated. For the first time, the methodological bases of formation of bioreurrency potential of small water ecosystems of the region and criteria for assessing the quality of fish products have been developed. The concept of development of the fish industry of the region for the next five years is proposed. The developed complex of measures for the development of aquaculture in conditions of increased human influence represents a practical interest for public and private enterprises of the fish industry and agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.
