The goal of the PDR is the development of new principles for the controlled and predictable improvement of the quality of steels and alloys based on certain regularities in the formation of the structure and phase composition, physical, thermophysical and thermodynamic properties of metal melts by means of complex processing with the realization of synergetic effects for use in rocket engineering, aviation and transport engineering. Research methods - chemical, radiographic, metallographic, microcryogen spectroscopy, quantitative textured neutron analysis, mechanical properties testing, microcirculation of phase and structural components, regression-correlation method for processing statistical data, mathematical method of Sheffe simplex lattices. The received results - for the first time received modifiers for steels melting and alloys was developed, including those that are not produced today in Ukraine, which provide a significant growth of mechanical and operational characteristics for rocket engineering, transport and special machine building, and metallurgy. The main theoretical assumptions and experimental dependences obtained for the first time can be used to predict the decay of metallic and non-metallic liquids, which will allow to actively control the processes of dispersing metallic powders for solid fuels in the production of engines and power plants.
