Subject: substantial theoretical and organizational and methodological conditions for applying the project-technological approach to the methodological support (tools) of psychological support for participants in the educational process in the activities of specialists in the psychological service of the education system. The main goal of research is to increase the effectiveness of psychological support for the educational process by introducing algorithms for the activities of employees of the psychological service. Research methods: theoretical: theoretical analysis and generalization; theoretical modeling of the processes taking place in the psychological service; the analysis of tendencies and processes of the development of personality, taking place in the conditions of teaching and educational activity of educational institutions; analysis and synthesis of the results of monitoring and experimental research; theoretical generalization of psychological practice; the construction of theoretical approaches and organizational and methodological conditions for improving the practical activities of specialists in the psychological service; empirical: questioning; oral surveys; monitoring and screening; studying methodical and reporting documentation of the psychological service workers; practical testing of the developed methodological materials; conducting focus groups with specialists in psychological services and leaders. Main scientific results in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the Perspective Thematic Plan for 2017-2019: The results of the scientific research should be: methodological recommendations "Methodological recommendations for the introduction of cyclograms of the activities of employees of the psychological service", "Application of diagnostic minimums in the activities of employees of the psychological service"; manual "Algorithms of the activity of employees of the psychological service", articles, materials of conferences and seminars. Social effect of the introduction of research results: optimization of the professional activity of employees of the psychological service through the introduction of a design and technological approach to the organization and methods of psychological care and social and pedagogical support for participants in the educational process; improving their mental health and social well-being.
