Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 The unified classifier was developed that allowed for processing and analyzing the archive material of oncohematological patients having been diagnosed at the over years since Chernobyl disaster. The structure of oncohematological diseases in populations of contaminated and conditionally clear territories of Ukraine in 1986-2015 was analyzed and compared to the data of leukemia and lymphoma incidence in general population of Ukraine presented in the National Cancer Registry of Ukraine. In adult patients of Ukraine in general, the absolute number of B-cell neoplasms (B-NHL, B-CLL, plasma cell tumors) was shown to increase, also the proportion of chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms tends to increase. In the general group of children (aged 0-17), the proportion of MDS tends to increase. Also, the 1.3-fold increase in the proportion of non-Hodgkin lymphomas among pediatric patients from radionuclide-contaminated regions of Ukraine was demonstrated. The relative contribution of oncohematological diseases within the critical age group (aged 0-4 at the moment of Chernobyl accident) was followed. The increased proportion of NHL and the trend of the increased proportion of chronic MPN and MDS (1.4-fold in female patients) as well 1.4-fold increase in OML proportion in male patients were demonstrated. Moreover, in "critical-age" group, AML subtypes with less mature cells were diagnosed more often. In male patients of the same "critical-age" group, ALL/AML ratio in radionuclide-contaminated regions tends to decrease that is indicative of the increasing AML proportion in the structure of oncohematological diseases.
