When UV light is excited, an intense PL composite consisting of four PL bands is observed, one of which is attributed to the residual radiation of the polymer matrix, and the other three to the interface between the NP CdS and the polymer. It is determined from ODMR data that in the processes of relaxation of photo-excited carriers, three types of paramagnetic centers are directly involved in the radiative recombination channels. Their radiospectroscopic characteristics were established and one of the centers was identified as an oxygen defect on the surface of the CdS. The effect of deceleration of degradation processes of nanocomposites under the influence of powerful UV irradiation with increasing of low-frequency concentration is revealed.
