The dimensions and design of the reinforced shell model, as well as the platform for its attachment and the system for measuring the vibration parameters during testing on the basis of the STM-100 servo-hydraulic test machine, are substantiated. The scheme of fastening of shell model, location of readers and the scheme of information processing has been developed. The experimental model of the 1st stage of the carrier rocket, reinforced by stringer and spanking machine, was designed and manufactured for the study of loading under transport by airplane.
