In particular, the laws of bifurcation cycles of economic systems that are generated by the instability of the economic environment of a qualitatively new level, and due to the transformational tendencies of world development are analyzed. It is substantiated that the institutional catalysts of changes in the national and world economy may have an irrational basis, which lays the destructive foundations for the progressive development of economic systems. The decomposition of the content of the category "transformation of the economic space" with the use of the denotational graph method is made. The theoretical and empirical substantiation of the importance of public administration and regulation of macro- and micro-level processes by identifying dependencies between indicators of economic freedom of countries and individual indicators of their economic development is conducted. It has been found that for most countries, there is a direct link between the expansion of economic freedom and the growth of the welfare of the population. The main principles of the development of regional policy and its influence on changes in the organizational forms of the functioning of enterprises are studied. The development of a system of measures to strengthen innovation competition was developed based on the transformation of approaches to organizational and managerial organization of the work of business entities. In particular, the grouping of countries according to the Index of Innovative Potentials was made according to the level of incomes and political regime. It is revealed that the most favorable for the growth of innovation is the regime of democracy. An important element in the growth and implementation of innovation potential is the stimulating effect of domestic and external competition. The Balas and Hillman indices for separate groups of goods of export of Ukraine are calculated and the mechanism of transition of enterprises to the network form of interaction based on the criteria of compatibility is provided. The generalization and refinement of the definition-categorical apparatus of the institutionalization of economic processes and the identification of the necessary institutional preconditions for increasing the competitiveness of the national economy are carried out. The stage of passage of the transformational period of institutionalization of the market is presented, the role of the state in these processes as the main subject and object of changes is grounded. The role of international trade in shaping and realization of the competitive potential of the economy is substantiated, in particular, the factors which have the strongest influence on the peculiarities of integration cooperation between the states are described, as well as peculiarities of the development of international economic integration in the context of the formation of regional trade agreements. System changes in the principles of organization of international trade are revealed. The characteristic of integrational associations of countries and the reasons for changing the position of regions in world trade in goods according to their activity in integration associations is given. The development of the system of principles of multilateral integration of Ukraine with other subjects of the economic space has been developed. It is proved that the feature of internationalization with participation of Ukraine is uneven distribution of export production, low level of export specialization of regions. The main threats to economic security of Ukraine are described, in particular, the contradiction between the current legislation and the legal unregulated nature of a wide range of issues of economic development, the low level of capitalization of Ukrainian banks, the shadowing and corruptions of the Ukrainian economy, structural imbalances, political uncertainty, etc. The vectors of modernization of enterprise management technologies, as well as situational management technologies, are an important factor that can slow down or accelerate the economic development of the enterprise, which in turn is determined by the efficiency of functioning of certain economic processes. The construction of a model for estimating the level of formation of possible directions of modernization of enterprise management technologies based on the use of the theory of fuzzy sets is carried out. The importance of implementing the function of social technologies in the management of the enterprise is substantiated. In addition, the structuring of the tools of the motivational mechanism for the implementation of socially responsible activities was carried out. Possible ways of improving the methodological principles of research of problems and state-management aspects of ensuring national security, which involves taking a series of interrelated measures to increase it through activization of entrepreneurial potential, are analyzed.
