The constructive parameters of these tools are determined at which the given accuracy of processing is ensured depending on the given qualification of openings and their diameters. The design of a tool for drawing a regular microrelief on the internal cylindrical surfaces of machine parts has been developed. The basic design parameters of the tool are determined depending on the specified parameters of the regular microrelief. The developed tool allows to provide the necessary effort to deform the inner cylindrical surface. A new method for determining the influence of the feed on the roughness of the surface during the cutting process, which takes into account the stochasticity of feed on machines with a mechanical gearbox, is developed. In this case, the average value of the feed is determined by the theory of a small sample, taking into account the criteria of uniformity Irwin, Romanovsky and Grebbs. The developed method makes it possible to more accurately determine the effect of feeding on the roughness of the surface in a given range of feed values ??and to select the optimal treatment modes. A new method for measuring the roughness of internal cylindrical surfaces is also developed, which more accurately reflects the state of the measuring surface. The influence of structural parameters of the tool for formation of regular microreliefs and placing of deformation elements on the parameters of regular microreliefs is determined.
