The task is solved through a comprehensive analysis of the earliest archaeological evidence of the initial colonization, namely the sites of the Lower Paleolithic, in the aggregate of the evidences of ancient man activities and associated natural-scientific data. Data processing on archeology was carried out using materials from Medzhhibozh A, layers V and VI, and Golovchintsy 1. Unique are the recovery of a well-preserved work shop and fragments of limestone pebbles with engravings. New surface Lower Paleolithic locations were identified in the valleys of the Dniester and Smotrych. First analytical data from the paleomagnetic and petromagnetic analysis of the Golovchintsy 1 profile are presented, as well as the first ESR readings for the upper layers of Medzhibozh 1 and Medzhibozh A. The geochemical study of samples from different layers of Medzhibozh A, including those taken from likely hearths, has been continued. Paleopedological, geological, geomorphological analysis of the locations of early human occupation siotes were carried out. A revision of paleontological materials is being carried out. The data obtained make it possible to substantially refine and partly revise the existing reconstructions of natural and socio-cultural circumstances of initial human dispersals at Eastern Europe.
