The work was carried out on the basis of acts of EU legislation, normative legal acts on labor protection of Ukraine, normative documents and reports on research work. The results of work will be implemented through the approval and implementation of regulatory legal acts on labor protection. The results of the work can be used by business entities, executive authorities, other interested bodies and individuals for further improvement of the regulatory framework of labor protection. Using the results of work will increase the efficiency of regulation of relations in the field of industrial safety and occupational safety. Currently, the process of improving the regulatory framework and adopting laws that promote the formation of a market environment is ongoing in Ukraine. The state of occupational safety at work depends on the level of legal provision of these issues, that is, on the quality and completeness of laying down the relevant requirements in the laws of Ukraine and regulatory acts. The level of occupational injuries is related to the norms of the basic law of the state, where the principle of the rule of law, which, in turn, is realized by adopting regulations that meet the requirements of laws and the Constitution, is recognized and is in operation.
