Subject of research - Ca2+-dependent regulation of mitochondrial respiration in secretory cells of digestive glands. The purpose of the work was to find out the participation of Ca2+-signaling and mitochondrial oxidation in the development of various pathologies of exocrine glands. The main tasks for solving the project were: - study of regulation of mitochondrial oxidation of secretory cells by primary agonists (acetylcholine, cholecystokinin, adrenaline) with the participation of Ca2+ cations; - analysis of the kinetic dependence of the substrate oxidation by mitochondria in situ on cells of the exocrine glands for the regulation of mitochondrial functions by Ca2+ cations; - assessment of the role of mitochondria and Ca2+-signalisation in the development of pathological conditions of the digestive glands for hyper-stimulation by primary agonists, as well as in cancer and sex cells; - establishment of changes in the energy supply of secretory cells and their Ca2+-dependent regulation of the effects of alcohol; - Determining the role of mitochondria and Ca2+-signalisation in the development of acute diseases in the liver and pancreas on in vivo models. Methods of research: biochemical, polarographic, cytological. Product Description popup.authors Бабський Андрій Мирославович Манько Володимир Васильович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
