The structure and morphology of obtained nanomaterials was studied and the connection between the conditions of synthesis, structure and properties of hybrid nanosystems was established. Coulomb and hydrophobic interactions in binary solutions of surfactant-polyelectrolytes are shown to be crucial for the stability of TiO2 dispersions. The possibility of forming of photosensitive electrical barriers in hybrid structures was established.
