Aim of study - to specify the regularity of structure formation, change of morphology of iron-content phase in hypoeutectic silumines, creation of technology for production of industrial alloys with improved mechanic properties from scrap and waste. Methods of study - optic and scanning electron microscopy, quantitative metallography, X-ray diffraction, X-ray spectrum, thermal, quenching-microstructure analysis, testing of mechanic properties, measurement of electrical resistivity in liquid and crystalline state. On the base of the results of study regimes of modification by electric current were created. It has allowed to increase strength and plasticity of secondary alloys to level of their analogues from primary raw. Industrial test (ltd. NZMS, Dnipro) of technology had positive result.
