The synthesis was carried out from a solution of zinc acetate followed by the deposition of atomic layers. A technological scheme for the synthesis of nanostructured massifs of metal oxides of a combined converter from aqueous solutions based on zinc nitrate is developed. A mathematical model has been developed to determine the optimum structural parameters of the substrate and the maximum efficiency of conversion of the energy of mechanical vibrations. Experimental samples of multilayer nanomaterials based on nanostructured ZnO arrays with transparent electrodes are obtained. Piezoelectric and photovoltaic properties of multilayer nanomaterials are studied. Work out the technique of creating functional elements of energy converters. Technological schemes and modes of synthesis of nanostructured ZnO massifs by sol-gel method and the method of atomic deposition of germ layers have been developed. Nanostructured composite materials from the arrays of ZnO and ZnO / PZT nanostructures are obtained. Hydrothermal synthesis was performed from a solution based on zinc acetate on the germ layers. The obtained piezoelectric nanorods have a length ( , ), and the area of their cross-section (corresponds to the average size of the side of the hexagon in the cross section of the nanorods - ). Due to the use of multi-layered arrays of nanostructured materials, a power of 40-60 ?W for piezoelectric and up to 150-200 ?W for photovoltaic converters has been obtained. The working area of the laboratory sample was 30-50 mm2.
