The project is aimed at conducting archaeological research at the Vypovziv archaeological complex, organizing a reporting scientific conference about archaeological researches in the Chernihiv region, analysis of archival materials, processing archeological artifacts and preparation materials for publication. The analysis of the research materials were made by the creative team of the project in libraries, in the funds of museums and reserves (Regional Historical Museum after V.V. Tarnovskyi),also scientific articles were prepared to be published in professional editions of Ukraine. Executants of the project organized the scientific conference "5th Samokvasiv Readings" (Chernigiv, December 21, 2017). There were carried the work on the processing of archeological artifacts from the excavations of the Vypovziv archaeological complex (IX–X, XIIth centuries) and conducted a preparation of the layout of the scientific edition "Desna River Region in the Context of the European Historical and Natural Heritage".
