Significant differences were observed in the cultivating parameters optimal for maximal growth of mycelium and for ensuring maximum antibacterial activity. The antibacterial activity of 30 species of higher fungi against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Escherichia coli 06 and Staphylococcus aureus 209 (for 4 mushrooms - for the first time) has been proved. The level of minimal bactericidal concentration of Piptoporus betulinus culture liquid against to reference Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, E. coli ATCC 25922, S. aureus ATCC 25923 and antibiotic resistant cultures P. aeruginosa 99/3066 MBL, P. aeruginosa 125/3343 MBL, E. coli 116/3196 KPC, S. aureus 22/824 MRSA, S. aureus 134/3569 MRCNS, Klepsiella pneumoniae 6/509 ESBL, AmpC, KPC, Acinetobacter baumannii 50/1496 MBL, A. baumannii 88/2995 MBL allowed to consider this culture liquid promising natural raw material for the creation of medical or prophylactic means.
