The goal of research was to study the influence of exogenous lectins, salicylic acid and flavonoids on growth, adaptive processes of plants and elements of the crop yield structure of different varieties of wheat for the theoretical justification of ecologically safe methods of plant protection. Research methods are standard and adaptive standard methodologies of plant biochemical analysis (spectrophotometric methods, hemagglutination method of trypsinized blood erythrocytes, methods of phytopathological laboratory estimation of plant resistance to pathogens, methods of field experiment). Statistical analysis of the research results was carried out using the program Libre Office Calc (GNU Lesser General Public Licensev 3). Results the methods of isolation lectins from wheat germs and flavonoids from soybean seeds were developed. The yield of lectin was 0.158 g from 1.67 g of wheat germ, the yield of flavonoids was 1.8 mg from 10 g of soybean seeds. Laboratory testing of salicylic acid, exogenous lectins from wheat germs, soybean flavonoids as compounds with immunizing effect has been carried out, optimal concentrations and methods of their use for increase the adaptive properties and productivity of wheat have been developed. The influence of exogenous salicylic acid, lectins, flavonoids on growth processes and adaptive plant reactions, indicators of the elements of the crop yield structure in the field and laboratory conditions in wheat varieties with different level of resistance to fungal diseases and abiotic stressors at different stages of plant development was studied. It was shown that 0,01% solution of salicylic acid, wheat germ lectin at a concentration of 10 µg/ml and soybean flavonoids in a concentration of 10-5% positively affect on the parameters of the elements of the crop yield structure, growth and adaptive reactions of wheat plants (trypsin inhibitor activity, endogenous lectin activity). Generalized experimental data can be used to solve the problems of fundamental and applied value directed on the increase of plant resistance of cereals to fungal diseases and abiotic stressors.
