The 4He scattering is described in a self-consistent approach based on the standard and extended Skyrme forces, which also give a satisfactory description of the nuclear structure and NA scattering. The calculations reasonably describe data on the differential cross sections for the elastic scattering of alpha-particles on different nuclei in the range from 28Si to 208Pb at energies below or about 100 MeV, as well as the cross section for the reaction of alpha-particles on nuclei over a wide energy range. The differential cross section of the reaction of elastic scattering of deuterons on resting electrons is calculated. The calculations take into account quantum-electrodynamic radiation corrections to the lepton peak of the interaction. These model-independent radiation corrections are due to the emission of virtual and real soft and rigid photons, as well as vacuum polarization. The amplitudes of a polarized photon, emitted from an arbitrarily polarized relativistic channeled positron or an electron in a crystal, are calculated. The analytical expressions for the Stokes parameters of the radiation photon are obtained and a corresponding numerical program for calculating of polarization characteristics is developed. The calculated polarization for different frequencies of the emitted photon is most interesting in terms of generating sources of polarized photons.
