The dependence of the deflection efficiency of positively charged particles on the type of crystal and its temperature is studied. It is shown that the use of a curved germanium crystal at the CERN LHC accelerator provides a unique opportunity to measure the anomalous magnetic moment of a short-lived charmed baryon Lambda-c. Proposals have been prepared for the corresponding experiment. The interference in the radiation of a doubly scattered electron is investigated. It is shown that the nature of interference varies in different regions of the radiation spectrum. In a rigid region the interference oscillations depend on the Lorentz factor of the electron, in the soft region depend on the scattering angles of the electron.
