Н., Registration Date 06-03-2018 Organization National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education named after P.L.Shupyk popup.description2 There has been developed an algorithm of diagnostics and surgical treatment in diseases and multiple trauma in patients with the use of low- invasive technologies. When performing the research, the staff of the department developed and applied new methods of diagnostics and surgical treatment of paediatric and adult patients with neurogenic tumours of the mediastinum. The advantage of the new method of neurogenic tumours diagnosing in paediatric patients has been achieved by reduced cost and time of examination as compared with other known methods, the result can be obtained in 5-10 minutes. Simplicity, absolute harmlessness and high informativeness make this method beneficial for early screening of neurogenic tumours of the mediastinum of the sympathetic trunk in the early, pre-clinical stages of their development in all patients, including newborns. Absolute harmlessness of thermography allows it repeated use in restorative treatment, observing pathogenic processes in dynamics and real time. There has been developed a test system for the individual selection of tangential drugs in the case of malignant pulmonary tumours that are untreatable by standard methods of drug therapy (chemotherapy, endocrinotherapy, immuno-biotherapy, etc.). It is the first time that a tissue preserving technology of high frequency electric welding of living tissues has been scientifically substantiated and introduced into clinical practice in surgical diseases and low-invasive intervention. This contributed to reduced inpatient treatment, improved quality of life, and reduced terms of rehabilitation. Product Description popup.authors Білоконь О. В. Багіров М. М. Васильківський В. В.
