The patients without dyslipidemia should be recommended both the assessment of the total cardiovascular risk according to the SCORE and such additional examinations as carotid artery ultrasound test and C-reactive protein determination. It makes possible to use the method of cardiovascular complications prognosis which is based on the developed mathematical formula. The algorithm for evaluating cardiovascular risk and preventing acute forms of coronary heart disease in people with normal lipid metabolism has been developed on the basis of the suggested mathematical formula.In order to prognosticate the risk of developing gonarthrosis in young people, it is recommended to use the elaborated "Method of prognosticating the gonarthrosis risk ", which involves the calculation and evaluation of risk factors for gonarthrosis (taking into account the phenotypic and visceral signs of connective tissue dysplasia and related genetic features). To increase the treatment efficacy for patients with gonarthrosis there are recommended autologous platelet plasma injections (intraarticular), which slows the progression of cartilage destruction, prolongs clinical remission, improves the dynamics of pain intensity, knee stiffness and mobility. The recommendations include: preventing complications, endothelial dysfunction and inhibition of atherosclerosis progression in young people with excessive body weight and obesity; prevention and inhibition of articular cartilage loss, remission prolongation, reducing exacerbations in case of knee osteoarthritis of different etiologies; improving cardiovascular risk assessment and improving the effectiveness of acute coronary syndrome prevention in people without dyslipidemia on the primary health care stage.
