S., Registration Date 06-03-2018 Organization National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education named after P.L.Shupyk popup.description2 In order to construct prognostic tests, nonparametric method of binary logistic regression was used, which allows to investigate dichotomous variables (two conditions in our case: cancer - benign hyperplasia) versus independent variables (age (years), t-PSA (ng/ml), f-PSA (ng/ml), PG volume (cm3), f/t-PSA*100 (%), PSA D (ng/ml/cm3)) correlation. The binary logistic regression calculates the probability of a cancer depending on the values of the independent variables. Two-stage treatment regimen aiming multiple bone metastases of PG cancer, using radiopharmaceuticals, hormonal therapy and bisphosphonates was developed. The protocol for topometric preparation and treatment using various fractionation regimes of ІМРТ technique, was developed for the first time within the study. Research data regarding dose distribution in case of using different irradiation methods (various fractionation regimes of 3D-CRT and IMRT) was updated: possibility to achieve entire PTV dose' uniformity and decrease dosage exposure of the critical organs, which leads to manifestations reduction of local toxicity, are the potential advantages of the IMRT method over 3D-CRT. Developments implementation for clinical practice contributes to effectiveness increasing of PT cancer early diagnostics, treatment and patients' QOL. Decreasing of disability rate, increasing of patients QOL at early diagnostics and effective treatment up to 80-90 on Karnovsky scale. Product Description popup.authors Івчук В. Сафронова О.
