Purpose: to develop the principles of monitoring the assessment by residents of the capital of the effectiveness of the Kyiv City Development Strategy until 2025, to carry out the testing of the methodology and to assess the achievements in the Strategy implementation by sectors that directly affect the well-being of Kyiv residents, assess the effectiveness of the city mayor, the executive body of the Kyiv city Council (KCSA) on the background of socio-economic processes in the city and the country, as the basis for further monitoring, determine the factors affecting these assessments. The novelty of the work is to develop a methodology and standardized criteria-representative sociological indicators created on the basis of quantitative and qualitative methodological interventions, and provide a basis for comparing the indicator parameters of the Kyiv Strategy with subjective assessments, moods, requirements and aspirations of Kyiv residents.
