Methods of the investigation: microbiological, biophysical, histological, cryobiological. Results of the research: the technology of low-temperature preservation of microorganisms and biologically active substances immobilized in sodium alginate gel was experimentally substantiated. The obtained results will be used in medicine, veterinary medicine, agriculture for the creation and production of probiotic drugs, dietary food products, food additives, and medical preparations.
