The subject of research is the regularity of methodological support for training, retraining and advanced training of aviation rescuers of state aviation in Ukraine. The aim of the work is the development of theoretical, methodological, organizational and organizational bases for the training of aviation rescuers of the GA of Ukraine on the basis of unification and standardization of educational, professional and certification processes and the mechanism for their implementation. Methods of research - analytical methods of research by collecting, classifying, summarizing, analyzing information, and by preparing relevant materials (proposals, clarifications, feedbacks, protocols), methods of expert evaluation, methods of the theory of operations research, complex systems theory, decomposition and synthesis methods organizationally -technical systems. The training and advanced training technologies for the profession "Aviation Rescuer" have been substantiated, educational and qualification characteristics (requirements) for aviation rescuers, the content, scope, conditions and sequence of their preparation for specific tasks and safety of professional activities have been developed. A draft of the State Standard for Vocational Education of Specialists in the Profession "Aviation Rescuer" has been developed, the implementation of which makes it possible to ensure the qualitative training of qualified personnel in Ukraine.
