This allowed to substantiate pathogenetic algorithm of instrumental and diagnostic search and pathogenetic methods of surgical treatment. The ultrasound examination of VA segments by using positional orthopedic samples is sufficiently informative for detecting positional hemodynamic disorders in case of the spinal artery syndrome.For conforming the localization of the spinal artery syndrome, it is necessary to use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) / multi-scan spiral computed tomography (CT) with positional samples. On the basis of obtained doppler patterns, we have developed the algorithm for the rapid determination of the necessity of surgical intervention, which will contribute to the differentiated treatment of patients with hemodynamically induced pathology of the musculoskeletal system. The surgical treatment of patients with the spinal artery syndrome. will promote a regression of clinical symptoms such as restrictive tonic pain contractures, neurological deficiency and a prevention of brain injuries.
