The human handwriting is associated with the implementation of one of the most difficult skills - writing. The writing process is a conscious, arbitrary act that involves extensive automated regulation and usually occurs rapidly, automatically, and therefore the programming of current movements is carried out without focusing on them the attention of the writer. The handwriting has an adaptive value as a functional form of writing. Functional writing system has the properties of highly organized dynamic systems: high stability and mobility, reliability, the possibility of compensatory changes, etc. However, the variation, change of conditions, goals and other factors also change the program of movements. Dynamic handwriting manifests can be presented in such forms: а) the statistical stereotypes of the person's movements that realize the visual-motive image of the letters, their combinations, words and manuscript; b) variation of handwriting signs; c) selective variability that comes into handwriting under the influence of "changing" factors. Consequently, the handwriting can have not only identification information about the person who writes, it also reflects its psychophysiological properties and the conditions under which the writing process takes place. The handwriting responds sensitively to external and internal changes, as a product of higher human nervous activity. The ability of handwriting to respond the various psycho-physiological factors allows you to get information about the external feelings and the mental condition - so-called diagnostic research. Criminalists have noticed that different reasons have a different effect on the writing process and the handwriting. In general, the ability of handwriting to react on various psycho-physiological factors is manifested when changes in the conditions of the writing are so significant that the successful adaptation of the writing mechanism would be impossible. As a result, the usual automated process of writing will be changed, and in the handwriting will be the changes that can't be considered as variational.
