Creation and optimization of work of bioselective element of biosensors in the device popup.stage_title Head Elskaya Anna, Доктор біологічних наук Registration Date 21-03-2018 Organization Institute of molecular biology & genetics popup.description2 The biosensor analysis of the sample, which includes both aflatoxins and pesticides, is optimized. The optimal concentration of acetylcholine as a substrate for the further inhibitory enzyme analysis was selected, the optimum pH of the biosensor was investigated. The optimal inhibition time was determined with the solution of toxins, the required concentration of the pyridine-2-aldoxymethyl iodide reagent and the reaction time of the enzyme bioselective membrane after its inhibition were determined. The synergism of trichlorfon and aflatoxin B1 with immobilized acetylcholinesterase inhibitors was investigated. An analysis procedure is proposed that allows selectively to determine the composition of a multicomponent sample containing both aflatoxins and organophosphorus pesticides.
