Proceeding from the solutions of the transport equation for cosmic rays, the space-time distribution of solar cosmic rays and the dynamics of their energy spectrum were investigated. The distribution of cosmic rays of ultra high energies in intergalactic magnetic fields and the evolution of energy spectra of charged particles of ultrahigh energies accelerated by a local source have been investigated. Based on the data of the global network of neutron monitors, the intensity of galactic cosmic rays in the Forbush effects periods was investigated. The process of the appearance of plasma instabilities and the generation of turbulence in the region of the Earth's magnetosphere have been investigated.
