Studying the optimum parameters of interaction the natura oligoribonucleotides with interferon has shown that the most effective molecule is the oligoadenylate whith 5 nucleotides and 2'-5 ' bonds. It was investigated that the oligoadenylate shows the highest energy cooperation, consistent with the results of the study enthalpy and entropy of interaction.
