Research was conducted to determine the characteristics of the interactions of organic substances and oligonucleotides with gold nanostructures immobilized on the surface of the sensor chip. The possibility of effective monitoring of the processes of interaction of substances with gold nanoparticles as a result of changes in optical absorption at some wavelengths and the change in the position of the peak of the plasmonic band is shown.
