Important practical consequences of these results are the possible increase in the inclination of melts to amorphization (obtaining more massive amorphous materials), as well as in improving the complex of properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline rapidly-quenched alloys. The influence of the melt mixing and vibration convection on the regularity of the loss of stability of the flat crystallization front and the development of the unstable collapsible front of crystallization of bulky transparent metal-like substances was established. New fundamental ideas about the regularities of the formation of nanoscale inhomogeneities in metal melts and amorphous phases of alloys on the basis of aluminum and iron, their evolution in the process of thermo-time processing of melts and solidification at cooling with different velocities, as well as the formation of nanocrystalline phases in amorphous alloys in the process of thermal treatments are obtained. The regularities and mechanisms of nanocrystallization during thermal treatment of three-dimensional amorphous alloys of different chemical compositions were established, the similarities and differences from the process of nanocrystallization of amorphous strips obtained from the same alloys (the same chemical composition) were determined. A number of results, which have both purely scientific and applied significance, open qualitatively new prospects for the creation of new effective nanophase composites and technologies for their obtaining.
