The possibility of catalytic oxidation of betulin into betulone over composite catalysts based on ruthenium nanoparticles and carbon nitride or nitrogen-containing carbon was demonstrated. It was shown that the activity of the Pd/C3N4 composites obtained by the reduction of PdCl2 in the hydrogenation of 3-nitro-6-chloropyridine to 3-amino-6-chloropyridine is higher than in the case of composites obtained by deposition of palladium nanoparticles.
