The administration of both the system itself and its various processes was carried out, the detection and correction of errors and troubleshooting, the execution of relevant requests; making changes, adjusting the settings for electronic editing to simplify, accelerate and improve the stability of its operation, track changes on the official site of the Open Journal Systems and in the relevant forums. The Ukrainian localization of the system in comparison with the basic localization of Open Journal Systems version 3 was improved. User manuals were created for authors, reviewers and section editors to work with the electronic edition, taking into account the practical experience of using the system. Support was provided for articles through all stages of the editorial process in the electronic editorial system. The final report and accompanying documentation were prepared.
