Computer algorithms has been developed for the investigating of mathematical characteristics of the computational mathematics' problems with various structure approximate data based on new hybrid algorithms and programs. An experimental sample of the Inpartool_g intelligent software has been created on hybrid supercomputers SKIT_4 and Inparcom_G which implements an innovative function of the automatic adaptive adjustment both of algorithm, program and computer's architecture according to problem's characteristics as well as their solving together with estimating of the result's reliability. The created methodology together with algorithmic and program components of the experimental software Inpartool_g have been tested on a series of the real-life problems.
